Hello, I believe that if an iphone 7 is being used, the Voiceover Recognition features are not available and I don't believe the option even shows up in Settings. It does not do so on my iphone 8 running IOS 14.2. Apple says that the VO Recognition feature only works on iphone 10R or 10S or newer.
If this is incorrect, please let me know how to do it as I would like to use these new features. I have heard of some iphone 8 owners being able to use the features but I can't on my iphone 8.
