Hello Debby and Wayne, Thanks for your help with the Photos app.
Still no luck here with my iPhone XR. If I turn Describe Images off in the Rotor I get the word image and no more information. If Describe Images is on I get the word image followed by a description of the photo in focus as you would expect. If I swipe through the photo list I get things like Messages Notes Contacts spoken as if I was on page 1 of my device. Nothing I do makes the Photos app usable. I have even put the iPhone in Recovery Mode and downloaded a fresh copy of IOS14 but still no luck.
