Sadly, radio has been on a downhill slide for 40 years or mWhen I first moved to Salem Oregon, for college, which gets most of its radio from the Portland radio market, there were something like 40 or 50 different owners.Move ahead about 20 years and there were about 5 owners.The large conglomerates were/are buying up the small stations.It is now difficult to find any consistent local news,traffic etc.The internet is going the same way.I canceled my TuneIn premium because they lost the NFL and I think MLB.SSo back to the MLB app, and the Gameday football app, and the world goes on.
