Hello, I do not believe that you can use Twitter or email through your Apple TV, but one thing that you can do, which I have done quite often is to use Screen Mirroring in Control Center to Stream Facebook Live, Youtube, and any other apps that produce audio or video. If you have the correct hardware, you can literally connect your phone via the lightning port to HDMI output to your entertainment system, this hardware is sometimes called an iPhone camera kit. I have streamed to the apple tv both ways, and some apps even support airplay, which is also another third method for getting sound or video from your phone to your home theater system to Apple TV.
