I contacted their support and they the site is working fine today. They were aware that people were having trouble logging in yesterday, but they are not sure why. I did notice today that I got a message saying the site will be down for maintenance on December 6 for a few hours, so maybe they ran into trouble setting up that message. Who knows, but at least all is well now.
