Yes, but Simon spelled the website address incorrectly it is AppleID.apple.com Also, what Donna said about ;loosing access to apps purchased with the old Apple Id is not correct, if you go through the process of changing your Apple Id through this website to a new email adderess you will still have access to all your old apps.
