I’ve mentioned this in the past both on a blind list, and on Facebook audio description page.
I and others are experiencing exactly the same situation with different shows. For example I watched season one episode one two and three of Star Trek discovery with audio description I went to four and no more audio description. We watch other shows that still play the audio description the stand I never had audio description on it. I have been discussing this with CBS all excess help for months. They told me they escalated my problem. First they tried to say it was an Apple problem all I knew it wasn’t audio description plays every place else that it should. I discussed it with Apple. Now every once in a while I get a message from CBS all excess help asking if I’m still having the problem I say yes, they say OK will be back with you.
