siri quit working

Good afternoon listers; using an iPhone SE.   About five minutes ago, went to use siri and she does not work now.  When trying to use her, get two sets of tones right after one another; no siri.  Siri worked a few hours ago.  Is there a problem with my phone or siri? Any help would be appreciated.
