If you don't have a disable link then maybe the skills you are looking at aren't enabled in the first place. Also keep in mind that many skills are not working simply by enabling them, for example, if you have an Apple Music subscription and you want to make Apple Music the default source for music when you ask Alexa to play music, you have to not only enable the Apple Music skill but also link your account which means at some point during the process you have to allow it and enter your Apple Id and password.

There is no longer a menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Instead you have to tap on the more tab in the lower right hand corner of the screen to get to The screen where you’ll find skills and games. However when you tap on a skill, at least using voiceover, no disable button appears. So there must be a different way to delete a skill.
