May be it’s how you treat them when you deal with them.

I’ve had nothing but great service from apples customer service team via the 
phone

Anything I’ve purchased has been there within a couple of days,

The only thing that has taken time to arrive was my iPhone x which I preordered 
a week in advance,
But it was there on my door step the morning it was released to the world.

Even my custom built mac book air arrive with in 2 days of order when I 
purdhased it.

It’s amazing how people think,
If you give sales people the respect you believe you would want if in their 
jobs, then you will come out of the situation better off and feeling better 
about your transaction.

For those of you who recently ordered the Air Pods Max, I received an update 
this morning. I ordered the Sky Blue Pods and was supposed to receive them 
between April 19 and 26. Now, they are scheduled to be delivered between March 
23 and 30. So hopefully, yours will come sooner as well.
