I believe apple sells one. I have the one that works with USB memory sticks. It has a lightning cable that is about 3 inches long that you plug into your phone, and there is a block on the other end that has a lightning charging port and the SD card port, of course the one I have has the USB port. Perhaps search the Apple Store for SD card adapter. Or the Lightning Camera adapter, but make sure it is for SD cards and not USB drives. You will have to have your phone charging with the charging port on the adapter because iPhones do not have enough power to run the card reader.
