On your phone, in the Watch app, make sure the My Watch tab is selected at
the bottom left.
Then, try slowly sliding your finger up and about 2 inches or so you should
find a General button, or start higher on the screen and flick right until you
get to General.
Double tap.
Flick right until you get to Apple ID.
There you will sign in.
I would think if you are signed in to iCloud on your phone, that will solve
the issue.
