I gave Aira a call and the agent was able to help me locate the power button. Once I found the power button I needed to press and hold it for 5 seconds until the wi-fi logo began blinking. This probably takes sighted assistance, but there is a button (if you can call a touch screen buttons) to get it to find your network.
