Anthony, Try it again, but when you arrow to the link, try using shift+f10 or the application key and arrowing to open link and hitting enter. You may get what I got which was a dialog asking if you are sure you want to open that link and the focus is on No. Tab or arrow to yes and hit enter if you want to read it.
