If you are getting it new from Apple, then powering it on and triple tapping the home button should turn on VoiceOver. During the setup you will have a chance to do the wireless transfer from your other phone. It will pretty much walk you through it but Alan Lemly I think it was posted a good step-by-step guide for doing the wireless transfer. If I can find it I will pass it along unless he or someone else does first.
