First, has anyone use their support system?
I called the number, and instead of asking you to leave a voice mail, they ask 
only for your name and email address; clearly not 24/7 phone support by any 
standard definition.

Apparently there is a WALTR Pro in the pipeline since WALTR2 has not been 
updated for 4 years.

It is available for pre-order on their site, but I read a review dated in 
November 2020 that gave it very high marks and they did not indicate it wasn't 
a release version, so I'm confused.

I sent an email contact form yesterday and got the message that I should watch 
my inbox because they respond quickly.
24 hours later, no email and nothing in the junk folder from them.

So, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with their support recently, asay 
during Covid?
