When you say you are looking for something like "Apple wired headphones" I assume you mean the Earpods which come with the iPhones? If so then why not stick with them, when I am out and about they are always my go-to headset option even though I have a Voyager Edge which I use occasionally, an Aftershokz Titanium and a pair of cheaper, no-name wireless earbuds similar to Airpods. I use any of these from time to time, but 90% of the time I use the Earpods because they work so well and I can have them in my ear in a way which blocks out virtually no outside noise.

I have an older pair of Plantronics Beat Sense that are both wired and bluetooth. They were listed at $200 5 or 6 years ago when my wife found them for $130. Then there are the AfterShokz bone conduction headsets that leave your ears open and press on the bone just in front of your ear.
