Jana, where did you find the feedback for door dash? I looked but I never found 
it. I’d like to add my voice to the chorus. I’m having the same issues. Thanks

This is for you all that might use the Doordash App.


Have you all noticed that for a while now, the App doesn't seem as accessible?

Not that it was ever 100 percent accessible. But I feel it used to be much 
better. I can't seem to scroll through the list of restaurants anymore. It 
seems as though the App keeps refreshing or something. It is very annoying! We 
use this App sometimes several times a month. So it makes it a problem when I 
struggle to use it.


I have also noticed that I struggle to add items to the cart, when I am trying 
to work with previous orders we have placed.

However, I have gotten this to work a few times.


What has been your experiences with the App lately?

And are there possible work arounds I am not aware of.

I do use the search feature, when I know exactly what restaurant we want to 
order from.
