Hi Kayla, nice to see you again! It's been a while. Does this program work
when you're on Wi-Fi at home, or can you do it from anywhere?

Subject: A cool little program which I just learned about

Just passing this one on for anyone who might be interested.

Just thought I would write and tell you about a cool new free program that
allows you to access your files on your computer, open them, stream them,
download them, all from your iPhone.

It's called Tonido. The program has to be download on the computer at:

www.tonido.com

The app is in the app store and it's free! You'll need the desktop version
for windows on the website.

Once you download, be sure to set up on the comp first, as you must create a
username and password.

This program is cool. No more wasting time uploading to dropbox, transfering
files hither and thither, or using itunes to do anything!

The url that it gives you under the text, "access your comp from anywhere"
when you are on the Tonido website after you have created your account is
the url that you will need to put into the phone as well as the username and
password. It will look like your username/tonidoid.com. When you first enter
tonido from the phone you will need to do this, and tap done when you're
done. There's a "saved" button that has some people confused, you don't
press that one... Username, password, and url are all you will need to
enter. Please know that you must have tonido running on your comp to be able
to access it from the iPhone or it will say empty when you click on a
folder.

It shows the c e, and g drives as well. I have yet to test and see if it
sees externals.

It will stream all different file types either at their native bitrate, or
there are choices if you're picky in the settings tab. You can even open
word docs, pdfs, txts, etc.

Hope this is helpful to someone.

Regards,

Kayla King
