There was a podcast posted to AppleVis that demonstrates the app. You should check it out as I believe you will get a very good overview of the app's accessibility and functionality. I believe the date of the podcast was around October 29 and was recorded by Mr. Domville AKA Mynonamouse (hope I spelled that correctly).
