This is what my friend says: I have contacted Duo Lingo a few times by email and they respond quite promptly. If you go to your profile, click on settings and scroll down to “give feedback”, click on that and it will open an email. Fill in your query and send it off. I usually hear back within 24 hours. Perhaps you could ask them to call you. Hope this helps. Liz
