In recent days, when I try to slow down the rate of speech in VO, it will not change. The speaking Rate option on the rotor is most definitely selected and, until recently, wAs working correctly. I am thinking that some weird setting somewhere needs to be modified but cannot imagine what it would be. I Am using an iPhone 8 with the latest version of iOs. Sandy Finley (Sent from my iPhone)
