Hi all. I have an Iphone 7 with the type of otterbox case that covers the sides and back of the phone. Since my fingerprint doesn't seem to work even after re-setting it, someone suggested I take the case off and clean thoroughly around the home button. However, I'm having difficulty getting the case off. I can loosen the top half of the case but I can't get the lower half of the case off. Is there some trick I'm missing? It's annoying to have to enter my 6 digit passcode each time I want to open my phone, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
