Spelling would be critical, but since a computer is involved, the result  would 
be accurate or so wildlyinaccurate as  to be clear 
enough not to take seriously.
The other aspect is how good gps signal was when the code/location was set.  
That would be outside the scope of the sender to deal 
with, or have any control over.

But even a location within 100yds would be of some benefit.

Mountain Rescue in the UK has been complaining that this app gives them quite 
inaccurate locations when lost walkers use it to call 
for help. Unclear whether this is due to errors in spelling or pronunciation or
