Thanks Donna! I had this problem with the NBA app this evening, and your suggestion fixed the problem for me. I'll need to take back the positive things I said about screen recognition.

I had you to remove the app from the app switcher, because when trying to recreate my finding I foud that if the app had been open in the app switcher for a whilescreen recognition did not show up in the rotor options.
