I have that one and you need sighted help to set it up, but from then on, you can use Alexa or Google Assistant to do all you need. The app is called Vesync that works with it, but you do not really need the app. I have not tried using the app to set a cooking time because it is so easy with using Alexa.
There are tons of Air Fryer recipes and cookbooks around. Both on Bookshare and BARD, not to mention their own web site.
