Hi, It is on some models but it doesn't fix the app problem which in my case is the speaker shutting off when the app is opened. I did however find a work around that solves the problem for me. After opening the Alexa app, go to the home screen. Next, open the App Switcher. Select the Alexa app from the App Switcher and double tap it. When the Alexa app is selected and is on screen it will work fine. Don't know if this will work for all phone models but it does for my 2020 SE. HTH -Steve
