Hi Mary and all, I called MLB today at: 1-866-800-1275 After a lengthy email conversation over the last week plus concerning the fact that in the MLB app, on the scores tab, pressing the next or previous day buttons do nothing with VoiceOver. The nice gentleman I spoke with was aware of VoiceOver, so that was a plus.
He looked up my case and I let him know I had done everything they asked, and a little more, and it did not solve the problem and that it was in the last two updates that this feature stopped working. He has an iPhone and those buttons work for him. He submitted a new case tying the previous two cases together explaining that I had done everything and so we shall see if they will get the VoiceOver bug fixed. I will have my wife try this on her iPad to double check, but apparently it should work without VoiceOver. I encourage anyone who is frustrated with this broken functionality to call them and wade through their menus to get to someone concerning the Apple app and maybe they will get around to fixing it soon.
