Hi, I changed the subject to better match what's being asked. This way if people want to chime in, they will have a better chance of seeing this thread. Also, it's usually better to post one message per question. Yes, that's more list traffic, but it keeps threads separate. Now as to your questions. Read below.

1. Many people have gotten rid of a home phone line because of cell phone access. This is regardless of whether it's an iPhone or not. What I personally would recommend is buy a $40 ObiTech phone bridge. This is similar to the phone box you use with Vonage right now. However this is a universal one. It works with all voip providers, or if not all of them, it's a whole bunch of them. You can get a free Google Voice number and have it ring both your ObiTech box at home, and your cell phone at the same time. So, no need to forward calls, etc.

2. It's hard to answer which is better because in the end it depends on coverage, which area you are in, and how you feel in a particular day. I use AT&T, but if I have a bad customer experience, I might write that they suck, and to go with Verizon. I will say this though, really when it comes down to it, whether you get VZ, ATT, or Sprint, your experiences are going to be similar in regards to the iPhone itself. It will just be a matter of billing, coverage where you live, and customer service in how you are treated.

Good luck.

Subject: two questions for the group

Hi I have two questions for the group.
1. Is anyone hear using the I Phone as there home phone?
And if so how do you get your battery to last and how many times do you
have to charge it?
also do you have to keep it plugged in while you at home and only unplug
it when you are going to go back out somewhere and then when you return
home plug it back in?
I am asking this because I currently have vonage for a home phone and I
also have my cell phone witch is my I Phone.
So I am asking because maybe I could get by with just using my I Phone
for all of my phone needs or.
Keep my vonage or get something like the Verizon ho me connect and use
that for a home phone.
Now for my second question.
2. I know that this maybe mater of preference but.
Both Verizon and A T and T have the I Phone.
So witch one is better and has the better network?
I am currently with Verizon but I have heard that they charge the most
out of all the cell companies.
And that A T and T have roll over minutes and there plans are a bit
cheaper.
Also now with the new I Phone 5 is the Verizon lte network that it is on
faster then whatever network that A T and T has there IPhone 5 running
on or about the same?
Also which of these two companies has better voice quality?
Thank you all for your time and I hope that some of you can shed some
light on thees questions.
