Thank you, Richard, for that sage advice. Locking the phone and turning off the device and then unlocking the phone makes perfect sense. The TV APP is one of those that doesn't work in the locked screen. Don’t every just wish things like technology would actually get easier to use instead of creating more questions and issues?
