Hi, On the phone itself, double-tap the forward button and hold to fast forward. In other words, touch the forward button, tap twice, and keep your finger held down. When you pick up your finger, the iPHone will stop fast forwarding. do the same on the Back button to rewind. I think you can hold the Back and Forward function keys to do the same thing with a keyboard but am not sure.
