What is happening is that you are pressing 3 fingers to the screen instead of 2. To restore the voice, Either, press 3 fingers to the screen or turn voice over off and back on again. I guess we can fix the problem by changing the 3 finger gesture to something else. Maybe down the line the team could change it to something else that stops this from happening or we can be more careful.
