Where/how can I tell dropbox to sync my
files? My work computer is at least a week
behind my home computer, and dropbox on the iPhone is whimsical at best.

I edited a file on Dropbox on my PC.
Within a minute, or two at the most, I opened
the Dropbox app on my iPhone and the edited file was there and changed.
Check your Dropbox sync settings on both devices.
And, if you have it set to always keep on this
device, which would possibly have something to do with this.
Just guessing here.
