Couldn't you use the Be My Eyes app first to get a sighted helper and make sure you have all the documents properly oriented, then scan/photograph them. You could also use Aira, if it is only a couple of pages the free 5 minute call will probably be enough and they will take the picture for you and tell you how to hold your phone and then you can access it in the app or they can I think email it to you.
