Hi group, I don’t know if this is only a glitch for iPhone users so thought I’d try asking here. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now since Facebook messenger app has been causing me problems when listening to voice messages; either they are voice messages I receive or voice messages I send out, it seems to be staying on speaker phone even when I put my phone to my ear to try to get them playing on ear piece mode. I know it has nothing to do with my device because I can listen to WhatsApp voice messages fine when putting the phone to my ear. I’ve even tried rebooting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the Facebook messenger app, it still didn’t fix the glitch. It’s been a few updates since then and the glitch is still there. I’ve even wrote a review in the App Store and tried reporting the bug to them on Twitter. No response what soever. I also know at least one or two blind users who are dealing with the same issue when listening to voice messages on Messenger.
