When I try to get the Q2 into pairing mode, I get a message that says "pair
list is full."  I'm not sure what that means.

Not sure how, but you'll need to put the new headset in to pairing mode.
It should show up in the bluetooth area then.

but, I thought I might like this one better because it actually stays where

other bluetooth earphone but, that didn't seem to make a difference.  I
listened to some instructions on the Blue Ant site and it would seem that I
should be able to pair quite easily.  But, after a few minutes, I get a
message that says that no phone is found and to be sure "bluetooth" is
enabled.  It is.    I've disabled and enabled again just to be sure.  I hope
someone can get me sorted out.  Thanks.
