Just for the heck of it and also for trouble shooting. Connect one of your external keyboards and if it is a braille device, press space+q on that edit field and see if Quck nav is turned on or off.
Rarely, but I’ve seen it happen, the device got stuck with Quick Nav on and there is no actual way to turn it off without an external device; though it is supposed to toggle off once you get the field into editing mode….
