I don't mean to make you feel bad, but I decided to load it onto my SE 2 to find out how it acted. I do not have a subscription so I can't say how, or if that would make a difference, but I was able to use it fine. I then closed it out of the app switcher and restarted it, with the same results. About the only things left to try are reset your phone, reset network settings, then the reset all settings. If you have to go that route, do it when you have sighted assistance in case voice over doesn't come back on. It does for most people, it didn't come back on for me the one time I did it. Hey, that app and voice over in your 10R are just prejudiced against each other.
