Hi John, iCloud Keychain is a way to keep passwords so you don’t have to remember them all of the time. When you visit a site and enter a new password, it will ask you if you want to save it with iCloud Keychain. When you say yes, the next time you log into that site, Voiceover will ask you if you want to use the password you entered. Use Face ID or Touch ID to log in with that password.
