Simon, Can you give me a reliable way to say, open a 5 page document in Word on the iPhone and add something at the top of page 4? I'll take it in word or in Pages. VoiceOver, in my experience, never gives reliable position information. Yes, it is subjective, which is why I used I statements. No one as yet, has shown me a reliable way to do that.
