Andrew, You can do the change by going to applied.apple.com
I can’t remember the steps but that site will give you the info you need. I get the feeling it might not be all that straightforward bearing in mind there is iCloud and all sorts to think about. I was hoping not to have to do this but due to some confusion on the part of my ISP they have closed my account and so my emails to that particular email address are no longer accessible to me.
