Hi Arnold and all, I just encountered the change in rating and I will report the issue to them as well. I took a chance and figured out the sequence in which the stars were in but I agree it isn't as easy as the picker. Further when requesting a refund the elements for choosing account credit or credit to original method of payment don't report their change in status when you select one so you have to hope you've gotten it right. Please join me in politely reporting these things to them. It's been my experience that once reported things are addressed quickly. Here's hoping that continues. During my delivery today items that needed replacing still did report properly though I can't verify which version of the app is installed I haven't found that just yet. Take good care. Robin
