Yes, I probably should have been more clear. I would like to use the mic when I am using headphones and if I am using headphones they would be taking up the lightning plug, thus I would need one on the adapter with the headphone jack. Kind of like what you might use if you were charging the phone wile using the headphone jack. I hope this makes more sense. By the way, thanks much for the link. I'll have a look at it right away.
