Hi. Are all of you using the same weather app? Different apps have
different ways they can push out alerts. some let you customize when an
alert is pushed out. With some you can have it notify you if a
watch/warning is in your general area as well as very close weather like
pop up storms. Your daughter may have her phone set to alert if
something is definitely happening in your immediate area. If all else
fails, put all three phones die by side and compare settings.
