Hi Fazil, I had no problem with that when I just tested that. Here is what I did:
1. I opened an email which had a PDF attachment 2. At the bottom where the attachment is listed I did a double tapped and hold which brings up a menu which starts with Quick View and among a few other options has a "Share" option, after I flicked right to Share I double tapped 3. The share sheet now opened and at the top it first showed a number of people I had recently communicated with and Voiceover announced their names and which app I used, e.g. Messages, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger etc. I flicked past these and then came to Air Drop, Messages, Mail and so on and WhatsApp also showed up. If it does not you may have to go to the entry where you can tap to select other apps to show up, sorry can't remember exactly what it is called, but it's pretty obvious. 4. After I got to WhatsApp I double tapped and WhatsApp opened with a list of contacts I recently chatted with. I double tapped on 2 of them just to see if all worked as before and Voiceover announced that they were now selected. 5. Now you go to the very end of your list either by flicking right all the way or you can do a 4-finger tap on the bottom half of the screen which should move focus to the last element on the screen which should announce the names which you selected and a "Next" option. 6. I didn't actually continue here, but you double tap and then a chat window opens with your two contacts and the file will now be attached, you can write something as you normally would and then tap Send. All seems to work just as it did in iOS 14 for me.
