If you use Dropbox or OneDrive it should be as simple as copying it to a folder in Dropbox or OneDrive on your computer and this should then make it available on your iPhone. Only thing is that you may want to Star it in Dropbox, not sure what OneDrive calls it, maybe Favourites, this will actually download it to your phone so it is available to you even if you didn't have a cellular or WiFi connection. Alternatively you can email it to yourself and then save the attachment to your Files app on the iPhone.
