Sieghard, Winston has built-in the Voice Dream Scanner into Voice Dream Reader for times when you want to scan something to read in Voice Dream Reader so you don't have to do a two/three step process to get your scan into the Reader. The one in the reader doesn't have quite all the same bells and whistles, but for a quick scan, of a document you want to keep, it is pretty slick.
