And just as a tip for future reference, if you are looking for a particular setting and can't remember where it is chances are you can find it with the search box at the top of the Settings app. In this case if you open Settings and type the word "Speak" into the search box and then review the results, "spoken Content, Accessibility > Spoken Content" is the second result and if you flick through the rest of the results you even get to one which says "Speak Screen", it still indicates you find it in "Accessibility > Spoken Content", but you can even double tap on any of the results and it takes you straight there. I can't recommend this enough and pretty much all platforms and many applications now have this feature, in Windows Settings you have a search box like that, in Jaws you have the Jaws Command Search, Jaws Key + Spacebar followed by J etc.
