Hi Denise, The App Library always comes after all of your pages of apps. Maybe your second page of apps got hidden somehow. To find out, touch any icon on a Home screen, flick up or down to Edit Mode, and double-tap.
Now find the page indicator, the item just above the dock that says which page you're on, and double-tap it. All of your pages are now listed. After VoiceOVer speaks a page number, it says either "Visible" or "Hidden." Double-tap to switch between the two. You can reorder pages on this screen and if you hide a page, you can delete it by flicking up or down to Delete and double-tapping. I hope your home screen is hidden, and that this will help you unhide it.
