Yes it is. We have a Westinghouse Amazon Fire Tv edition in the living room and once installing the YouTube Tv app and logging into our account we can use it just fine.

Here is how I enable it from the YouTube Tv app on the Apple Tv 1. Find and begin the station or recorded show or movie with description. 2. Once your program begins you press the down or on the Apple Tv remote the bottom of the circle which is used for navigating the interface of the Apple Tv. 3. You will hear Voice Over say “Networks.” 4. Now simply press the left edge of the navigational circle on your remote and when you hear Voice Over say “Settings”, you press the center of the circle to select it. 5. Press select again to go into Audio, and then arrow down to “Secondary.” Once you do this if the program has description you should begin to hear it. This works a little differently with the iOS app. 1. Open the YouTube Tv app on your device. 2. Locate the program with description. 3. Once you double tap on the program it will begin to play. 4. Next flick right until you locate the More Actions button and double tap it. 5. On the screen that pops up flick right 5 times until you hear Voice Over say “Primary.” 6. Double tap and flick right once and double tap on secondary and you should hear the descriptive track. I am sending this prior to trying the fubo iOS app. I have only used the browser-based version with Chrome and Windows with JAWS.
